We accept requests for Modification / Cancellation only if you have booked your reservation through Travlu

Please note that you are submitting a Modification / Cancellation Request form. This is NOT a confirmation.

We at Travlu.com do not charge customers, the hotel charges the customers directly.

Once you submit the Modification / cancellation request, we will review your request and reply to you by email within 24 hrs about the status of your request. If you have made your reservation using a "Non-Refundable" Rate Programs, then we are not authorized by the hotel to cancel that reservation as per the hotel's cancellation policies. We can help you modify a Non Refundble reservation but the hotel may not allow the cancellation of the Non Refundable reservation. You can contact the hotel directly regarding the Non Refundable policies as the hotel charges you directly. If you do not hear from us over the email within 24 hrs, please contact us again.

If you are contacting regarding a cancellation or modification of your reservation and your Check In date is in less than 24 hrs , you need to call the hotel directly and they will be able to help you if the modification or cancellation is possible unless you have booked with a Non Cancellable or Non Refundable discounts. In case of an emergency the hotel staff has the ability to contact us 24/7 at our Hotel Help Desk.

Frequently Asked Questions.


Q. I want to cancel reservation ?
Ans. If you have booked your reservation with a Non Refundable Discount Package then it is non refundable. If you have booked with the Best Available Rate Package then you can cancel your reservation based on hotel's cancellation policies mentioned in the description of your rate plan in your reservation confirmation. Some hotels require 24 hr prior , some require 48 hrs prior , some hotels require 72 hr prior. Please refer to individual hotel policies or the rate plan description mentioned in your confirmation email.

Q. The Hotel cannot find my reservation ?
Ans. In case the hotel cannot find your reservation, it is probably that they might have misplaced the reservation detail fax or email that was sent to them. Please ask the front desk to get your information from Travlu.com control panel that they have access to or they can call us 24/7 at Hotel Staff Customer Support number given to them and we will provide them with the details again. If they are still unable to find it then please fill the form above and we will respond and get it fixed. There is no need to panic. We at travlu.com do not charge customers credit card. Your payment information is provided directly to the hotel and they charge you directly. In case of emergency if the hotel doesn't have your reservation, it means you have not been charged yet.

Q. Are there free shuttles to theme parks ?
Ans. Mostly all hotels in Orlando / kissimmee area do provide this service. They have free shuttles to Disney World, Universal Studios , etc. But it may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk.

Q. Are there free shuttles to Airport ?
Ans. Generally only the hotels which are very close to the airport provide free shuttles to airport. Rest hotels do not provide free transportation to airport. You can book paid shuttles online. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk for more information about a particular hotel.

Q. What are the schedule of the shuttles to theme parks in Orlando/Kissimmee ?
Ans. Leaves in Morning & comes back in evenings. No Specific times. You will get exact times when you check-in.

Q. Can we send a Package to the hotel ? is there any charge ?
Ans. Yes you can send packages to hotel before your arrival. The front desk will keep them. The hotel may charge a very small as a handling fee per package.But it may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk.

Q. Is there a Free Breakfast ?
Ans. If the hotel provides Free Breakfast , it says in the Hotel description section & amenities section. If it doesn't say then it doesn't offer. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk.

Q. Is there a Free Wifi ?
Ans. Yes mostly all hotels provide Free Wifi. Some hotels may have it in all rooms , some may have it only in lobby.

Q. Early Check In or Late Check out ?
Ans. Generally The check In time is 3PM and The check Out time is 11am. Most hotels usually doesn't allow any early check-ins or late checkouts. But it may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk.

Q. Are You Arriving Late in night ?
Ans. No Problem, mostly all hotels will hold the room for you until midnight. But it may vary from hotel to hotel. Please refer to individual hotel policies or Inquire by calling Hotel Front Desk.

Q. You made reservation with website other than www.travlu.com ?
Ans. If you made reservation from a different website other than www.travlu.com, Please contact them for any help. We will not be able to answer your questions.
